Wayne Wei-Ming Dai is the chairman of Shanghai Open Processor Industry Innovation Center (SOPIC), the chairman of China RISC-V Innovation Consortium (CRVIC), and the founder, the chairman of the board of directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of Verisilicon. Prior to founding VeriSilicon, Dr. Dai was the Co-Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of Celestry Technologies, Inc., an EDA company, which was acquired by Cadence Design Systems in 2002. Prior to that, he was the founder, chairman of the board of directors, and Chief Executive Officer of Ultima Interconnect Technology, Inc., one of the predecessor companies to Celestry. Dr. Dai was the founding Chairman of the IEEE Multi-Chip Module Conference and IEEE Symposium on IC/Package Design Integration, Co-Chairman of the Program Committee of the 2010 International Green Energy Forum. He was an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems and an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on VLSI Systems. He has published more than 100 papers in technical journals and conferences and received the NSF Presidential Young Investigator Award from the President of United States in 1990. Dr. Dai received his B.A. degree in Computer Science and his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. He was a professor in the department of Computer Engineering at the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Dr. Xiaoning Qi

Xiaoning Qi is the Vice President of Alibaba Group. Previously, he held senior management and technical positions in companies such as Intel, designing integrated circuits and systems. He sits on the board of directors at several international organizations including RISC-V International Association. He is a member of Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) Advisory Board, a member of GSA Asia-Pacific Leadership Council and GSA CEO Council. He has published more than fifty technical papers, a book, and has delivered over five dozen invited talks. Xiaoning received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and is an IEEE Fellow.
Dr. Zhangxi Tan
RISC-V International Open-source Laboratory (RIOS) Co-Director
Dr. Zhangxi Tan is a co-director of the RISC-V International Open-source Laboratory (RIOS), leading open-source IP and software development that helps the RISC-V ecosystem world-class. He serves in academic roles at Tsinghua University and City University of Hong Kong. He earned his Ph.D. from UC Berkeley, where he was a core member of the original RISC-V project under Turing Award laureate Professor David A. Patterson. He is specialized in computer architecture and VLSI designs. After graduating from Berkeley, he joined Pure Storage (NYSE:PSTG) as a Founding Engineer serving as a lead designer for Pure's award winning FlashBlade product, which generates hundreds of million-dollar revenues every year and have many high-profile customers. He later founded OURS Technologies, an autonomous driving chip company, which was later acquired by Aurora (NASDAQ:AUR). Dr. Tan holds numerous patents in flash memory and hardware acceleration and is the inventor of the open-source SPARC processor (RAMP Gold).

Tao, Xie serves as the Chair of the RISC-V International Foundation’s AI/ML Special Interest Group, Co-chair of the RISC-V China Summit 2024, Secretary-general of Shanghai Open Processor Innovation Center (SOPIC) and Director of China Computer Federation (CCF) Technical Committee of System Software (TCSS). He is a dual-appointed top-tier talent at Fudan University, a Chair Professor at Peking University, and a Foreign Member of the Academia Europaea. He also holds several prominent roles, including Chair of the Department of Software Science and Engineering at the School of Computer Science at Peking University.Professor Xie has been recognized as an ACM Fellow (Association for Computing Machinery), IEEE Fellow (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), AAAS Fellow (American Association for the Advancement of Science), and CCF Fellow (China Computer Federation).

Yungang Bao is a professor of Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the deputy director of ICT, CAS. Prof. Bao founded China RSIC-V Alliance (CRVA) and serves as the secretary-general of CRVA. His research interests include computer architecture and computer systems. He is leading the XiangShan project (https://github.com/OpenXiangShan/XiangShan), which aims to build an open-source high performance RISC-V core. He launched the One Student One Chip (OSOC) Initiative in 2019. His work was published on top conferences and journals such as ASPLOS, Communication of the ACM, HPCA, ISCA, MICRO etc. and was selected to IEEE Micro Top Picks. He was the winner of CCF-Intel Young Faculty Award of the year for 2013 and the winner of CCF-IEEE CS Young Computer Scientist Award and China’s National Lofty Honor for Youth under 40 of the year for 2019.

Dr. Jianying Peng, graduated from School of Micro-Nano Electronics, Zhejiang University, has more than 20 years of CPU processor design and management experience. Previously Dr Peng worked in Marvell and Synopsys where she led multiple high performance processor designs in ARM and ARC architecture. As the cofounder and CEO of Nuclei, Dr Peng is now managing Nuclei’s operation, marketing & sales, product, and ecosystem. Dr. Peng is also the secretary general of China RISC-V Industry Consortium.

Tang Dan, Male, Ph.D.His primary research focus is computer architecture. He has long been engaged in the research and development of high-performance processor cores, high-speed I/O systems, and ultra-low-power SoC chips. He has published multiple research papers in top-tier conferences and journals such as HPCA, Micro, and JCST, and holds numerous national invention patents. Currently, he is primarily involved in the development and promotion of high-performance open-source RISC-V processors.

Under theProgram Committee, eight vertical-specific sub-forums have been established. The Program Committee collaborates with domain authority experts to conduct impartial review of submitted proposals.

With over two decades of experience in the semiconductor and high-technology sectors, she has held key positions at industry leaders including SMIC and WuXi AppTec, developing extensive expertise in industrial resource integration, government relations, and large-scale event management.

Alex Guo is a senior IC design and software engineer, as well as an open-source enthusiast and contributor. He was an early promoter of RISC-V in China and has long served as a volunteer for RISC-V International. Currently employed at JLSemi, he also serves as the China liaison for RISC-V International and as the Deputy Secretary General of CRVIC.

Dr. Li Guangwu boasts extensive management expertise and a profound understanding of various industry ecosystems. He has an in - depth grasp of technological development and industrial layout in the tech sector. During his time at Unigroup, he played a direct role in the chip industry's advancement, spearheading the development of a cloud - based chip design service platform in Shanghai, which ranks among the nation's top platforms and serves dozens of key domestic chip design companies. He has also partnered with local governments to develop Industrial Internet, aiding them in planning and implementing digital economy - related industries, and achieving remarkable results. With years of experience in managing consulting, solutions, and technology R&D teams, he has accumulated substantial technical expertise in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and chip - related fields.
